Iran’s President appointed Dr. Mohammad Reza Farzin as the new head of the National Development Fund of Iran. Dr. Farzin is also acting as a member of the Board of Directors of the fund.

According to the INDF Public Relations Department, President Ahmadinejad appointed Dr. Farzin on May 2012, based on Article 84 of the Fifth National Development Plan and upon the ratification of the INDF Board of Trustees.

In his decree, President Ahmadinejad has wished success for Dr. Farzin.

The president also hailed the former head of INDF Dr. Rahim Qorbani.
